We're looking for a proactive, dynamic and driven individual to support our various design teams.
Location - Whitefield Bangalore (On - site)
Role
• Create graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, ads, brochures, and more.
• Design custom calligraphy and typography for branding, advertising, and creative projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other designers to execute brand campaigns.
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand and product.
• Develop design in line with the brand identity.
• Social media responsibilities: Handle all social media collaterals.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams to understand their needs and deliver on design objectives as required.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise workload to ensure high-quality design work is completed on schedule within project specifications.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Manage and oversee junior designers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills and produce high-quality work.
Requirement
• 5+ years experience.
• Bachelor of Design (BDes)
• Excellent understanding of colour, layout, aesthetics, and balance in print, web, and interactive design.
• Excellent understanding of Typography and calligraphy.
• Expert with Adobe software (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop etc.)
• Familiar with Mac OS
