Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphics Designer & Video Editor for developing graphic designs and conceptual artworks. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating unique, innovative, and impact full designs, especially for event branding and theme conceptualization.
This role demands a creative thinker who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives across various platforms and mediums.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Video Editor
– Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, coherent, and visually appealing videos.
– Create and incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and other visual elements.
– Collaborate closely with clients and team members to understand project objectives and deliver the desired results.
– Continuously refine editing skills and adapt to changing video production trends.
– Maintain organized project files and adhere to project deadlines.
✅ Graphic Design
– Produce high-quality designs for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
– Develop infographics, presentation materials, posters, and other creative assets.
– Maintain a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all designs meet the highest quality standards.
✅ Collaboration & Team Leadership
– Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative ideas.
– Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback to foster their growth.
– Work closely with event planners, content writers, photographers, and external agencies.
✅ Experience
– Min 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
✅ Technical Proficiency
– Advanced expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects).
– Skills in AI concepts and softwares.
✅ Communication Skills
– Strong communication skills to articulate ideas effectively.
– Ability to present and defend design decisions to clients or senior management.
✅ Problem-Solving & Adaptability
– Adapt at handling design challenges and revising work based on feedback.
– Flexible to adapt designs to meet diverse client needs and preferences.
✅ Preferred Attributes
– Experience working in an agency, event management firm, or branding studio.
– A strong portfolio showcasing event branding projects, creative themes, and multi-format designs.
– Passion for storytelling through visual art and a keen eye for detail.
– Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
