Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalyani Nagar, Pune for a Senior Graphics / Web Designer & Developer. The Senior Graphics / Web Designer & Developer will be responsible for designing and developing responsive websites, email templates, brochures, marketing materials & graphics for multiple platforms & formats.

What You'll Do
The Web & Graphic Designer + Developer would be an important part of Qualitas Global & would be reporting to the top management of the company with 60% of the reporting straight to the CEO.
This candidate will be accountable for maintaining, expanding, & scaling our websites as well as build, develop & maintain website layout/user interface by utilizing standard HTML / CSS practices.
As a developer you will be working on the design & development of services from the ground up.
Draft well designed, testable, effective code by applying best software development practices.
Stay plugged into developing technologies/industry trends and implement them into operations and projects.
Primary duties will include changing our entire current branding & maintaining our websites as well as developing new websites.
Work on design/UI to create optimized user experiences, conceptualizing & implementing creative ideas, & creating visual elements that are in line with western standards.
You will work with customers both internal & external to gather requirements.

Important To Know
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven graphics & web design or front-end design experience as well as good understanding of website development.
Excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of color schemes, typography, user experience & be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and Figma.
You may also have to work with third-party user interfaces & integrate them into our products.
There will be PoCs, customer pilots & production releases. Expect to be challenged & stretch your skills on a daily basis.
You will be expected to work & deliver independently.

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for executing content/designs for a range of social media channels, email newsletters. digital and social campaigns, website and app content.
• Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to final, working with management to create high fidelity mock-ups. Conceptualize website design ideas that bring simplicity & user friendliness.
• Incorporate functional designs and features into websites.
• Prepare design plans & present the website structure.
• Perform usability & performance testing on websites. Test & optimize the design of the website.
• Quickly troubleshoot website issues.
• Closely work with the copywriter to develop new design & ideas for digital campaigns.
• Able to design and create decks & templates for presentations, reports & reviews.
• As a brand guardian, producing high quality digital design within strict timelines.
• Be comfortable at presenting & taking feedback from internal team members & clients.
• You will need to proactively manage projects within agreed timescales, considering quality and consistency.
• Showcase strong expertise in digital design as follows -
Social media content – Static as well as Dynamic.
Static as well as Dynamic Banners on various platforms including desktop & mobile.
Creative responsive E-mailers for desktop & mobile.
Logo design to create new brands.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of Web Standards 2.0.
• Good understanding of Web Designing, Web Development & SEO.
• 4+ years of full-time experience as a Web Designer cum Developer.
• 3+ years of digital & social media design experience.
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating solutions for web & mobile applications.
• Proficient with web and mobile-based technologies such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, WordPress, PowerPoint etc.
• Working knowledge of Bootstrap & Tailwind Frameworks.
• Good Understanding of Responsiveness to Web pages.
• Hands-on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Figma & Adobe XD. Video Editing, Animation skills are a plus.
• Experience with dashboards, websites, landing pages & emailers.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards & technologies
• Excellent written & verbal communicator.
• Should be able to express ideas to both technical & non-technical individuals.
• Should be able to balance multiple simultaneous projects & thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Passion to work, willingness to provide & accept feedback & constructive criticisms.
• Degree and/or applied knowledge in one or more related areas such as Visual Design, Web Design & mobile application design
