LOCATION: Pune Seeking an 12+ years experienced Senior Manager to lead the recruitment for BPO voice process division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition within the BPO industry, particularly in voice process hiring. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, leading a team of recruiters. Monitoring recruitment metrics and analyze data for optimization 6. Liaising with Business stakeholders on hiring requirements & strategies REQUIREMENTS 1. 12-18 years of recruitment experience in BPO, with a focus on voice processes 2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master's preferred. 3. Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals 4.
