The applicant must be proficiency with ECAD design tools for PCB development, including schematics, layout, aerospace standards and trouble shooting. Designing new PCB’s assemblies for long range hybrid UAVs. Developing cost effective and reliable interconnect solutions . Sourcing, qualifying and integrating COTS and custom avionics components. Refining existing designs for improved reliability, usability & maintainability. Defining system & component level requirements. Ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory & customer requirement. Supporting/Leading root cause analysis activities.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech – Electronics and Communication Engineering from Tier 1 Institute
Roles & Responsibilities
• Min 3-5 Years of experience the design, development, and integration of electronics systems for aerospace platforms, including aircraft and drones.
• Should have Good exposure of avionics design for Drones and UVA’s.
• Should have Strong hold on schematic and PCB’s design.
• Should have Experience in avionics integration, senor fusion and simulation tools.
• Define system requirements and specifications for sensors and communication systems, considering aerospace environmental conditions and regulatory standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate sensor technologies and communication protocols for aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, avionics engineers, and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of sensor and communication systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and make necessary improvements.
• Design and implement signal processing algorithms to extract actionable insights from sensor data, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Testing and validation efforts, including environmental testing, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, and system integration testing, to verify sensor and communication system performance.
• Expertise in sensor technologies relevant to aerospace platforms, such as inertial sensors, GPS/GNSS, radar, LiDAR, and optical sensors.
• Proficiency in communication protocols commonly used in aerospace systems, includingMIL-STD-1553, ARINC 42+, Ethernet, and CAN bus.
• Experience with system engineering principles, including requirements management, risk analysis, and verification/validation.
