In This Role The Successful Candidate Will Work On
Provide prototype circuit board rework and testing support for new product engineering and test engineering
Provide prototype product system assembly, debugging, programming, and functional verification
Assist engineering with test and measurement of prototypes and products
Maintain clean and orderly workspaces in the laboratory environment
Build experimental test setups for electrical, thermal, and EMI testing
Maintain laboratory equipment asset list and calibration schedule
Maintain stock of laboratory consumables
Credentials
Associates Degree in engineering, or ET certification or equivalent
5+ years experience
Required Skills
Expert level surface mount soldering assembly and rework, 0402 and larger, TSSOP ICs, etc.
Ability to read electrical schematics, BOMS, and rework instructions
Wire cable and harness assembly
Proficiency with common power electronics laboratory test equipment
FW and SW programming of on-board digital devices

IPC-A-610 soldering certification
High-volume product development support
Familiarity with using Python
Familiarity with using PuTTY or other CLI application
