THE ROLE
Bringing people together for extraordinary moments is their forte. From world-class concerts and comedy shows to thrilling sports and entertainment events their arenas are where memories are made. There is now an opportunity to work across multiple arenas in a senior delivery position.
This is a broad role that includes:
• Leading the event management team to deliver circa 200 events within the arenas annually
• Maintaining team performance
• Ensuring procedures and processes are in place to oversee public safety & control
• To be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety requirements are adhered to
• Strategic business direction and planning
• Liaising with external contractors, organisers and stakeholders
• Ensuring delivery against commercial objectives
• Deputising for the Operations Director as required
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained from an arena/stadia venue within a senior delivery/operational position. You will be a confident line manager with excellent knowledge of H&S, crowd management and security to name a few. You will be commercially savvy and a great leader!
