• Senior Head - Rural - COE
Job Purpose
Lead planning and execution of capabilities through data analytics, IT functional support, process improvements/ technological enhancements of systems across B2C & B2B business verticals to support business growth and achievement of set objectives; Ensure employees are aligned to the company goals, culture and possess required skills; Drive initiatives for enhancing customer engagement. Role has two primary dimensions. One is to envisage, plan and implement capability development through process and technology reinvent for B2C & B2B business.
