Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to
Develop a structured sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful customer conversations, deepen relationships, and foster customer satisfaction and referrals
Utilise NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
Assist in writing, processing, and executing lending proposals, providing tailored financial solutions to healthcare clients
Alternate between head office and being ‘boots on the ground’ where your clients are based to ensure personalised and informed solutions
Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.
Utilise your expertise, knowledge of the business lending process and customer obsession to manage your stakeholder relationships and portfolios
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Proven track record in origination, relationship management and business development within the healthcare sector
5-10 years’ experience working within the health based financial sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances
Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
