Job Description
Senior Hotel Accountant
Novotel Sydney International Airport (Charter Hall FLK Funds Management Ltd) is hiring for a senior hotel accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial operations. Reporting to the Financial Controller this is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional ready for the next step in their career. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for the following:
Accountable for all financial information sent to GM, Owners and Accor Head Office.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasting reports.
Oversee weekly Hotel Payroll.
Oversee day to day operational accounts; AP/AR.
Responsible for month-end closing process and all financial reporting.
Preparation of Balance Sheet and Bank Account reconciliation.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills should include:
Proven experience in Hotel Accounts AP/AR and Payroll systems.
Understanding of both financial and operational aspects within Hotel.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to coordinate numerous tasks simultaneously.
Strong ability to communicate and influence operational leaders.

Parental Leave
