Effectively utilizes all available HR metrics and other resources to develop recommendations and possible solutions to human resource issues affecting client departments
Uses understanding of the relationship between human capital and hospital outcomes, data and other HR tools to recommend, influence and develop HR related plans for their client department leaders
Also utilize clear understanding of how each client department contributes to and supports LBH goals and any challenges and opportunities affecting department's performance - so they can partner with department leadership to develop effective HR related plans and initiatives

The Senior HR Business Partner provides exceptional service to internal and external customers visiting the HR Department at Sinai Hospital. Client groups could include a mix of clinical, allied health, and non-clinical departments at Sinai and/or Grace Medical Center.
