Job Description
A senior HR Executive is responsible to look after the HR processes like talent acquisition programs, employee payroll management, HR policy development, and other crucial processes that takes place in an HR department in an organization. Moreover, a senior HR Executive is responsible to contribute in developing a better and healthy work environment for all the employees in an organization.
In addition to that, a senior HR Executive is responsible to look after the whole HR ongoing activities. Moreover, an HR Executive is assigned to analyze the department’s performance metrics and comes up with even better strategies that help in boosting productivity throughout the organization.
Moreover , as a senior HR Executive, you should help in promoting and establishing a better and healthier work environment for employees.
Responsibilities:
• Must be responsible for end to end recruitment
• Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing.
• Research develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
• Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment processes
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified HR professional with a specialization in human resources or people management
• Proven hands-on experience with using digital HR tools and software
• Complete understanding and familiarity with the Human resource management software and tools like application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools
• Sound knowledge of state labor laws for HR
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Excellent people management, mentorship and leadership skills
• Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations
• Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
