As a spin-off of IKA, we are currently supporting the recruiting activities for their Indian subsidiary in Bangalore.
The IKA group of companies is a 110+ years old organization head quartered in Staufen , Germany. Setting standards in the design and creation of innovative technology in the manufacturing of Laboratory, Analytical and Process equipment. IKA laboratory technology offers a wide range of innovative equipment for numerous applications in research and development. Market leaders trust our proven technology for their mixing, heating, distilling and crushing applications.
In order to expand the team in Bangalore (India), we are now looking for a talented
Senior HR Excutive - IKA (Bangalore) - Kengeri
Your responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition
• Active participation in compensation and benefits program
• Handling Employee Database, Reports & HR Analytics
• Drive Training and Skill Development
• Handle Statutory Compliance & keep updated with labor laws, Factory Acts and regulations
• Facilitate Process , Group ,Statutory & Safety Audits
• Drive Employee Engagement
• Conduct & maintain the MOM of POSH , Safety committee meeting etc.,
• Facilitate Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Facilitate Performance Appraisal
• Supervise Admin & Facility Management
• Facilitate Payroll Management
• Initiate & Conduct timely surveys like employee satisfaction survey , HR Effectiveness survey etc., Flexible in accepting any assignments to support HR & Administration functions based on the business needs
Your profile:
• Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources with over 4-7 years of experience in HR Generalist domain.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Self – Driven, Multi tasking, Excellent Communication Skills.
• Proficiency in MS office.
