Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in managing backend HR operations, including onboarding, induction, offboarding, exit interviews, and updating policy documents, BGV. Additionally, the candidate should have global HR experience, particularly in working with teams and HR processes in the UK and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboarding & Induction:
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Conduct induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
• Offboarding & Exit Interviews:
• Handle the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a seamless exit process for departing employees.
• Policy Document Management:
• Regularly update and maintain HR policy documents to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to align policies and procedures across regions.
• Global HR Operations:
• Work closely with HR teams in the UK and EMEA regions to manage HR operations and ensure consistency in HR practices.
• Provide support and guidance on global HR matters, including cross-border employment regulations, cultural integration, and compliance with local laws.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and resolution.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of open communication.
• HR Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies based on data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on onboarding, induction, offboarding, and policy management.
• Proven experience in global HR operations, particularly in the UK and EMEA regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in both local and international contexts.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
