Known for our dedication to quality, regulatory compliance, and industry excellence, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the human resources function at our manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full spectrum of HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and organizational policies.
Design and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage employee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processes.
Supervise payroll coordination, attendance systems, and employee benefits administration.
Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with departmental heads on workforce planning and employee training programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee statutory compliance documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector.
In-depth knowledge of labor law compliance and factory HR practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a small HR team effectively.
MBA in Human Resources or a related qualification is preferred.
