Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Administer payroll processes accurately and on time, collaborating with finance to ensure proper compensation and benefits distribution.
• Monitor and manage employee performance evaluations, promotions, and career development initiatives.
• Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior management to provide insights and recommendations related to workforce planning and strategy.
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
• Maintain a pulse on employee sentiment and gather feedback to continuously improve HR practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven HR management experience in the BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll management, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Sound understanding of labor laws, regulationsbility to make informed decisions independently.
