Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Data Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Employee Life Cycle
Managing and supporting the business with entire employee lifecycle.
• HR System Management:
Managing and keeping track of HRMS for all employees across locations.
• Employee Relations:
Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and supporting employee wellbeing.
• HR Policy Development and Implementation:
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Reporting and Analytics:
Preparing reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Employee Engagement:
Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee morale
• Training and Development:
Supporting employee training programs and development initiatives.
• PMS:
Liaising on the appraisal cycle with all employees and stakeholders. Executing the same within the specified TAT
• MIS:
Ensure to prepare various Mis reports required and updated on timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
