Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Capital Operations Manager to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes. This role will involve overseeing and managing HR operational activities, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience.

About the Role

• Oversee and manage HR operational activities, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, benefits administration, and system management.

• Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, improving employee experience, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, and employee benefits administration.

• Ensure accurate salary payments, deductions, and tax saving benefits administration.

• Prepare and file all required tax documents and reports, including quarterly and annual tax filings.

• Support wellness benefits, including health insurance and other related programs.

• Re-engineer existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, and appropriate controls.

• Establish effective metrics and efficient delivery of HR operations across the employee life cycle.

• Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, changes, and associated procedures.

• Review HR processes in line with audit requirements and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management.

• At least 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors.

• PREFERENCE will be given to candidates with experience using industry-benchmarked payroll tools.

• Experience in setting up and managing an operations team is a plus.

• Experience in implementing HRIS tools is an added advantage.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
