In this full-time role, you will be our HR Generalist, responsible for ensuring our team members’ successful selection, recruitment, and engagement while managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Your cultural awareness and sensitivity will play a vital role in maintaining a diverse and inclusive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Driving the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
• Managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations
• Ensuring our company complies with HR regulations and standards
• Developing and executing strategies to boost employee engagement
• Advising and coaching management on HR-related matters
• Designing and implementing HR strategies in line with the company’s business needs
Your ability to prioritise tasks, alongside a keen commercial awareness, will help you succeed in this role. We value our team’s creativity and proactivity and expect excellent English communication skills. You will also need strong industry connections and a clear understanding of our organisation’s business needs.
In the digital age, we are looking for someone who is data-driven and has exposure to digital HR. Your command of technology and experience with social media/branding will be an asset to our team.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles
• Core HR skillsets, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement
• Strong business acumen, with experience in HR strategy creation and execution
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
• Proactivity and creativity
• Digital and data literacy, including exposure to digital HR
• Social media/branding skills
