Role Overview:
As a Manager / Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (North) based in Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performance and engaged workforce. You will focus on areas such as employee engagement, retention, performance management, compliance, and strategic partnerships. By collaborating closely with business leaders, you will guide employee relations, talent development, and data-driven HR decision-making to enhance overall business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the engagement SPOC to execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, including conducting surveys, implementing feedback mechanisms, and establishing recognition programs.
- Identify key drivers of employee turnover and develop effective retention strategies to address them.
- Support managers in setting clear performance expectations, providing continuous feedback and coaching to employees, and facilitating the performance review process to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company code of conduct policies. Provide guidance to managers on handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with functional heads and the training team to identify skill gaps, support training initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, influencing decision-making and driving positive change across the organization.
- Track key HR metrics such as turnover rate and engagement scores to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Qualification Required:
- MBA in Human Resources with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this role. Role Overview:
