Senior Human Resources Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities :-
• Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
• Conduct research through various methods (e.g., data collection, surveys) to identify problems or root causes.
• Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel and clients for resolving daily HR issues.
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource challenges.
• Assess client HR needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in defining KRAs and KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting training and development across departments.
• Design and deliver HR training programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal HR requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
• Devise plans and techniques to support change management and cultivate positive organizational culture.
• Assist in developing, updating, and integrating HR policies and procedures.
• Select and implement appropriate HR technologies.
• Help establish control systems to ensure compliance with business processes and HR best practices.
