Responsibilities
The Senior Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the HR department by providing expertise in a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance
This position partners with leadership to implement HR strategies and drive initiatives that support the organization's goals
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing advice and resolutions on employee relations issues
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disputes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement, inclusion, and effective communication across all levels
Performance Management
Lead the performance review process, providing guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans
Assist in creating and managing employee development programs and career path initiatives
Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and interventions
Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring employees are well-informed of their options and resources
Conduct periodic audits of benefits programs to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Senior Human Resource Generalist. This position will be based out of our corporate campus in Hummelstown, PA.
Job Summary
The Senior Human Resource Generalist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the HR department by providing expertise in a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This position partners with leadership to implement HR strategies and drive initiatives that support the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing advice and resolutions on employee relations issues.

Requirements
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready, UKG Pro) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
