Senior Human Resources Generalist
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced People Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all people and competence related aspects and processes within an agile organization.
• This includes planning the workforce requirements globally from strategic, tactical and operational perspectives.
• The People Manager will also manage all people and competence related processes such as PMGM, feedback processes, and reward management.
• In addition, this role involves cooperating in assessments, guiding through an agile recruiting process, and actively driving measures to ensure a future-proof competence set-up of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop employees in assigned teams, focusing on continuous growth and improvement.
• Analyze trends and plan workforce requirements strategically, tactically, and operationally.
• Manage people and competence related processes, including PMGM, feedback, and reward management.
• Collaborate in assessments and guide the recruitment process.
• Drive measures to ensure a future-proof competence set-up.
Qualifications:
• A university degree in HR Administration or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
