HR responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment end to end Cycle and setting objectives for the team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy depending on the requirements. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
About the role-
Work hours: 5 days a week, including alternative Saturdays.
Work location: Located off MG Road, easy connectivity to Trinity Circle metro station
Work from Office only, No work from home/ Hybrid model

Your Roles and Responsibilities-
12 years of proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager
Hands-on experience with near applications
Solid understanding of employee’s concerns and benefits
Excellent communication skills
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Responsibilities-
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Review departmental budgets.
Organize learning and development programs.
Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.
Skills required / Must-haves for the role-
12 years of work experience in talent acquisition/ recruitment
Team handling experience
Good spoken and written communication in English with good listening skills
Team player who likes to work with like-minded people
Multi-language skills added advantage
Willing to pick up new skills
