Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at Lyzon Integrated Management Services. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing recruitment processes, conducting performance evaluations, handling employee relations, and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, and Employee Relations management skills

• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
