We're Hiring: Sr. Manager HR

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Join our dynamic team and take the lead in driving strategic HR operations across India. Were looking for a highly motivated Sr. Manager HR who can oversee end-to-end HR functions and foster a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Factory licences experience, (min wage, labour law knowledge) should have worked in manufacturing; overtime calculation etc

Oversee recruitment activities Pan-India and support open positions as per business needs.

Manage induction and onboarding for new joiners assigning official email IDs, department introductions, and company policy briefings.

Design and implement KRAs, KPIs, and job descriptions for various roles.

Handle attendance and salary preparation for all locations across India, excluding the Plant.

Ensure all statutory compliances are in place and up to date.

Conduct annual and midterm performance appraisals; coordinate with HODs for feedback.

Manage the separation process for HA and HI divisions and oversee exit processes Pan-India.

Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies in line with industry and compliance standards.

Prepare and present detailed MIS reports for management review.

Organize and conduct employee welfare programs to support well-being and engagement.

Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and updated monthly.

Track and maintain accurate leave records for all employees.

Address and resolve grievances related to statutory compliances, salary, or general HR concerns.

Finalize and verify attendance records on a monthly basis.

Coordinate internal ISO +001 audits for both the Head Office and Plant, in collaboration with the Internal Auditor.

Administer and manage Group Mediclaim (GMC) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) policies.

Handle job postings and candidate management through the Portal.

What Were Looking For:

5+ years of proven experience in core HR functions

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance

Hands-on experience in payroll, audits, and policy creation

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Ability to manage multi-location HR operations independently

Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
