Soni Resources' client is seeking a dynamic senior HR professional who will support a full spectrum of Human Resources responsibilities

They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and best practices

They will also be responsible for the daily operation of the corporate office and manage key vendors that provide services to the office

Responsible for full cycle recruiting (exempt & non-exempt) and onboarding for new employees

Manage payroll, time and attendance, and day to day benefits in conjunction with PEO provider

Handles employee relations issues, concerns, and resolves conflicts

Conducts investigations as appropriate

Develops and implements human resources policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legislation (including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA)

Work closely with onsite management to identify training and career develop needs of employees

Continually analyzes HR data and processes, make recommendations to reduce expenses, gain efficiencies

Lead/coordinate transitions of new corp ventures and new properties into the portfolio

Responsible for the management of the corporate office to ensure the office is running as efficiently as possible on a daily basis

Work with vendors to resolve issues as quickly as possible

Responsible for vendor management of key 3rd parties that provide services to the corporate office which includes I.T. providers, office suppliers, building management, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advance degree preferred

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience

• Strong recruiting experience, demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

• Strong employee relations and HR compliance experience

• Demonstrated understanding of benefits, payroll, and 401k plans

• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Paychex experience a plus

• Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and adapt quickly to change

• Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of employees and external parties

• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Compensation: $+0,000-$105,000 annually
