As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician who takes pride in their craft, values customer relationships, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the community it serves.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Perform HVAC service calls — repairs, maintenance, diagnostics
Conduct furnace and AC tune-ups and inspections
Lead and supervise field technicians
Train & mentor new employees and apprentices
Respond to emergency service calls (occasional evening/weekend on-call shifts)
Review performance metrics or numbers with management
Assist with scheduling or dispatching in coordination with the office
Handle escalated customer issues
Complete job documentation and service reports
Skills
10+ years experience in the HVAC industry
Valid G2 gas certificate
313D refrigeration license
Valid driver's license
Proven customer service skills
Experience leading or managing a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Familiarity with ServiceTitan of similar job management software
