About THE ROLE
Our Hydraulic team are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced full-time Senior Hydraulic Engineer. This role requires a proactive individual with the following capabilities:
· Manage multiple projects effectively, including clients, project staff and resources
· Deliver solutions based on sound technical knowledge and competence
· Foster and develop relationships with existing and new clients
· Coordinate with the Project Director and Discipline Lead in relation to project status
· Guide and mentor less experienced staff to drive performance
· Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team
Essential Criteria
· Diploma in Hydraulic Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 7 years relevant experience in the industry
· 12 months experience working to the requirements of NCC and AS3500
· Demonstrated capability in engineering project management and technical aspects
· Positive contribution to team dynamics
