Job Description
This is a challenging position for a skilled engineer to develop and execute tests on advanced Integrated Circuits.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive test strategies for various components on Advantest V93000 platforms using SmarTest 8.
• Perform in-depth analysis and execution of internal loopback, SCAN (stuck-at and transition delay), pre & post-trim, IO DC parametric tests, process monitor/ring oscillator tests, and SERDES (CPRI, PCIE) testing.
• Execute ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) for stuck-at, transition delay, cell-aware/small delay defect, memory built-in self-test (MBIST) & BISR (Built-in Self Repair), and logic built-in self-test (LBIST).
• Conduct boundary scan (BSDL, Boundary Scan Description Language) - IEEE1149.1 & IEEE1149.6 testing.
• Program LTU chips and perform high voltage stress testing, very low voltage (VLV) testing, IO parametric tests, IDD testing, top level verification, production test & yield ramp, and failure analysis support.
