About the Role
As a Senior Identity Engineer at Australian Retirement Trust (ART), you will play a pivotal role in securing privileged access across our enterprise systems. You’ll lead the deployment and management of identity platforms, ensuring compliance, performance, and security. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities, contributing directly to ART’s security posture and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage ART’s enterprise identity services, including PAM, workforce, and customer identity environments.
Lead deployment, configuration, and maintenance of PAM systems.
Design and implement secure credential management processes including password vaulting and multi-factor authentication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PAM solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage daily operations of PAM systems to ensure availability and security.
Manage the lifecycle of privileged accounts including provisioning, rotation, and auditing.
Conduct regular access reviews and enforce least privilege principles.
Respond to security incidents related to privileged access and support incident response efforts.

Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with PAM technologies such as Azure AD, Active Directory, CyberArk, Saviynt, and ForgeRock.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
Experience managing privileged, workforce, and customer identity services.
Ability to plan and execute short to long-term identity strategies.
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise identity platforms.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
