Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Industrial Engineer located in Noida. The Senior Industrial Engineer will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:
Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes
Developing and implementing process improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and productivity
Providing technical guidance and expertise for manufacturing engineers
Will be required to create product OB's and SAM
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience in process improvement and project management
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of CAD software and statistical analysis tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Prior experience in a senior engineering role is a plus
