MacDermid Graphics Solutions is a supplier of consumable materials used to transfer images on to consumer packaging materials, our products are used to improve print quality and printing productivity. We produce and market photopolymers through an extensive line of flexographic plates that are used in the consumer packaging and printing industries. Photopolymers are molecules that change properties upon exposure to light.

Job Purpose
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations from customer PO entry & Sales order management
• Coordination of inventory levels with the production facility and the supervisor for customer status notifications..
Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations from customer PO entry & Sales order management
• Coordination of inventory levels with the production facility and the supervisor for customer status notifications..
• Inventory management, preparing and processing Sales order in Software (JDE) for daily dispatches to customers.
• Planning based on the association of a sales team and the supervisor in order to pending order.
• Coordination with dispatch team & arrange delivery as per schedule.
• Shipment details update with customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English.
Should have good computer knowledge in MS- Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Administration or BusinessRelevant Industries
