Established Insurance Defense Firm Seeks Senior Attorney! (Miami, FL)
We specialize in complex legal problems and risk management. Our firm excels in first-party insurance defense, trucking and transportation, admiralty and maritime, automobile liability, negligent security, premises liability, personal injury protection, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and construction litigation.
What You Will Be Doing
• Lead and manage a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas.
• Provide expert legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients.
• Develop case strategies and oversee litigation processes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain and build client relationships.
• Stay current with industry trends and legal developments.
Who You Are
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant practice areas.
• Proven track record in litigation and case management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
