Job Description: Senior Integration Developer
Role Summary & Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Developer to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Workato, Python, and integration architectures to design and implement robust integration solutions. The successful candidate will also provide technical assistance and guidance to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Implementation
Architect and implement integration solutions using Workato and other tools like Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and establish best practices.
Create standardized integration patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Development & Troubleshooting
Develop robust integration workflows using Python, SQL, and other programming languages.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Innovation & Growth
Leverage knowledge of Java, Ruby, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS to enhance integration solutions.
Optimize system performance through advanced tuning techniques.
Mentor team members and take on progressively challenging responsibilities to contribute to team growth.
Process Automation & Delivery
Implement test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Autosys.
Work with subject matter experts to deliver complex technology solutions to internal clients.
Core/Must-Have Skills
4+ Years of experience
Extensive experience with the Workato IPaaS platform, including developing functions and writing complex recipes using standard Workato connectors.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with test-driven development and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Autosys.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
Good-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Java and the Apache Camel framework.
Expertise in performance tuning.
Work Schedule
4 days in the office.
