Job Description
In this role as a Senior Interior Designer at NativeSutra, you will serve as the architect and visionary for client projects, ensuring designs are completed within budget and timelines while considering client preferences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting new clients, understanding their requirements, and managing all design deliverables such as drawings, presentations, material selection, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Collaborating with clients and the design team to finalize project designs, mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and 3D designs.
- Leading projects, coordinating with execution support teams and vendors, and visiting sites when necessary to ensure seamless realization of designs.
- Mentoring team members, delegating roles effectively, and handling multiple projects of varying complexities with attention to detail and quality output.
- Maintaining organized project documentation, client binders, and samples library, while researching new products and materials.
