As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions tailored to each project. This may include concept design packages, design development packages, construction documentation assistance, and FF&E selections & specifications.
Your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite will enable you to efficiently produce detailed designs and documentation. Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes is essential, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative teamwork and attention to detail are also crucial aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to create innovative interior design concepts for residential projects.
• Provide design development assistance, including 3D modeling, space planning, and material selection.
• Produce detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Assist in the selection and specification of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve any design-related issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes.
