As an interior design professional, you will be responsible for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs based on client conversations. You must be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing sales funnels and driving sales closures
• Providing exceptional customer experiences during projects
• Leading and owning the quality and accuracy of design deliverables
• Owning the end-to-end project lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years of academic education
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer
• Proven track record of leading and delivering residential projects (minimum 5-6)
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD
• Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services
• Sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, and driving and leading design meetings with customers
• Strong behavioral attributes including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a high degree of willingness to learn
