Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced interior designer to create designs based on client conversations, effectively communicate with them to assess their needs, and adjust the approach based on feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• To own the sales process and drive closure
• To deliver exceptional customer experiences during projects
• To lead and ensure quality and accuracy of design deliverables
• To oversee the entire project lifecycle
Requirements:
• A minimum of 15 years of academic education or relevant diploma
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an interior designer
• Proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects
• Excellent knowledge of design tools (PPT, AutoCAD)
• Design expertise in conceptual design, layout, style, mood board, technical design, material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation
• Project expertise in creating bill of quantities for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies
• Sales expertise in driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches and leading design meetings with customers
• Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication
• A high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members
