Designation: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Any graduate
Experience: above 3 yrs
Expected Start Date: Immediate joining
Salary: 4 to 12 LPA

Duties/Responsibilities
Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be
designed.
Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients.
Consults with clients to select materials, furnishings, and dcor.
Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.
Converting New productive leads to business
Search for and bid on new projects.
Sketch preliminary design plans, Including electrical and partition layouts
Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Placing orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
Oversee construction and coordinate with general building contractors to implement the
plans
and specifications the projects
Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any
complaints or concerns.
Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities
Performs other related duties as assigned.
3+ years' relevant interior design experience
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
AutoCAD Proficiency Required
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors.
Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
Able to develop and present design concepts
Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to
interiors
