Duties and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and goals
• lead and manage interior design projects from conception to completion
• Develop design concepts and create presentations for clients.
• create detailed design drawings and specifications for construction.
• prepare project timeline and budget.
• manage project schedules, budgets, and the work of design teams.
• Conduct Site visits and site analyses to assess design feasibility and progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
