Our goal is to grow our team to 100 employees and open three experience centers in Bengaluru within one year.Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial spaces. You will collaborate with clients and other team members to understand their requirements and translate them into captivating designs. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in interior design.Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field1 to 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential and commercial projectsProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of space planning, color schemes, and materialsExcellent creativity and artistic abilityAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRoles And ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative and functional interior designs for residential and commercial spacesCollaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferencesDevelop design concepts and present them to clientsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideasSelect and integrate furniture, fixtures, and materials to create cohesive designsPrepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specificationsCoordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project executionSupervise and mentor junior designersStay updated with industry trends and new design techniques
