We are Hiring Interior Designers : Description as follows.
(Basic skill needed - Super Excellent in communication & Approach along with strong technical knowledge)
Software Skills Must In : SketchUp, AutoCAD
-Connect with customer take requirements according to budget
- Prepare estimate and reference ppt according to requirement.
- Have meeting with customer brief about estimate & references
- Explain the process & timeline , Terms and conditions in brief
- 3D modeling empty full house as per survey done
- Start a new mail thread with customer for all design phase discussion
- 3D design with all the details
- Design discussion meetings and changes
- Finalize design with all details & tentative materials along with estimate
- Face to face meeting at office to select all finishes & discuss internals
- Finalize 3d & estimate along with selected materials- 2D drawings and detailing
- Discuss 2D , 3D and estimate with customer for final confirmation
- Discuss design with customer and project manager in detail
- Discuss electrical & other civil if needed
- Note all points to produce electrical & civil drawings for execution team
- Correction to 2D , 3D , Estimate as per kick off points , Production Queries
- Send the final Sign off with customer with costing break up
- Get the final approval for the documents
- External selection for Curtain , Wall Paper, Fabric, Lights with customer (1 day visit for shops)
- Electrical detail sheet & 2d drawing for internal team separately ( if in scope)
