Job Description
As a Senior Interior Designer at NY ESTILO, you will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of interior spaces across various residential and commercial projects. You will lead the design process, working closely with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to bring visions to life. Your extensive experience and creativity will be essential in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with our clients' goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the design development process for projects, from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and objectives.
Manage and mentor junior designers and provide guidance throughout projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Design Development: Develop creative and innovative design concepts that reflect client requirements.
Produce detailed design drawings, mood boards, and presentations.
Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design vision.
Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
Ability to create and review construction documents, specifications, and plans.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Client Interaction: Cultivate strong client relationships and effectively communicate design concepts and progress.
Present design ideas and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project.
Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative design solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• At least 4 of professional experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in design software and technical skills.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
