Role Description
The Space Tales by Kissa Zehra located in New Delhi is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to manage the end-to-end design process for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to create custom design solutions that meet client specifications and budget parameters. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, selecting finishes and furnishings, creating project drawings and specifications, and managing project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills
• Understanding of building codes, construction materials, and sustainability practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, architects, contractors, and team members
• Passion for design and a continual desire to learn and grow professionally
• Experience with 3D rendering and visualization tools is a plus
