JOB TITLE: Senior Interior DesignerLOCATION: Jaipur, RajasthanABOUT US:DESIGN ATELIER is a multidisciplinary design practice located in Jaipur. Our work encompasses interior and exterior spaces, including landscape, furniture, exhibition, industrial, interior, and architectural design. We believe in seamlessly blending modern materials and technology with regional expertise and resources while considering sustainability from various angles environmental, societal, and cultural.JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for supervising a team of designers while actively contributing to the design process through sketches, conceptualization, and design development.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and supervise a team of interior designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client preferences, brand identity, and project goals.- Produce sketches, mood boards, renderings, and other visual materials to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather necessary informationfor design development.- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and implementation phases.- Participate in client presentations, meetings, and discussions to review project progress and address any concerns or revisions.- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design process.REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful projects.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design software.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.- Excellent design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting concepts.- Experience with project management and construction administration is a plus.
