Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial projects from concept to completion
Client facing, front-end position
Design Development – design concepts, functional design and aesthetic development
Space Planning & test fits in line with current codes
Modelling and documentation – test fits, speculative fitouts, client presentations, tender & construction packages
FF&E selection, schedules & detailing in line with lead times and budgets
Site inspections & surveys (existing layout, services audit, furniture & storage audit)
Presentations – visualisation and communication
Skills and Experience
Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Highly proficient with Revit
10 + years experience
Experience with planning and designing commercial office fit outs
Interior Design experience and professional portfolio
Passion and desire to create modern and cutting-edge design
Great attention to detail and high-level presentations
Understanding of marketing concepts and engaging visuals
Must come from a strong design and construct background
