Job description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Interior Designer and Architect to lead our high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from conceptualization to completion. As a hybrid role, you will require a strong understanding of both architectural principles and sophisticated interior design.

This challenging position demands a proven ability to manage complex projects, mentor junior designers, and maintain exceptional client relationships. You will be responsible for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with client vision, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership & Vision: Develop comprehensive design schemes for high-end projects, integrating architectural design principles with interior design elements to create cohesive and harmonious spaces.
• Project Management & Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial client brief through conceptual design, detailed design, tender documentation, and site execution.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert design guidance and presenting design concepts and proposals effectively.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior designers and architects, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:
• B.Arch, M.Arch, or M.B.A/PGDM degree
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design and architecture
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
