Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Centrix Interiors. This full-time role is based in Bangalore Urban and requires a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge design solutions that align with our mission to create intuitive and efficient workspaces.
Qualifications and Skills
• Must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a preference for experience in workplace solutions.
• Proven experience in system design (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in software development to assist in integrating design solutions with technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve design challenges effectively.
• Proven team leadership experience to guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in code review to ensure high-quality and accurate design documentation.
• Proficient in project management to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Strong debugging skills to identify and rectify issues in design processes and systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for iterative and efficient project execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the design and execution of interior design projects, particularly workplace solutions, from concept to completion.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized, sensor-based design solutions.
