The Senior Interior Designer will oversee project administration, production, and execution, ensuring the delivery of distinctive design solutions.
Responsibilities
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements to ensure project designs align with goals and standards.
• Guide project teams through various design phases, emphasizing cohesive and well-defined concepts, while taking a lead in concept development.
• Lead and actively engage in design presentations, effectively conveying vision and details to clients.
• Maintain a high level of design quality in adherence to the firm's philosophy, ensuring solutions meet or exceed established standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, overseeing their development and managing overall team performance.
Requirements
• Hold a formal education in Interior Design from a recognized university.
• Possess 7+ years of experience in the field.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in hospitality design is considered an asset.
• Demonstrate the ability to create concepts, design narratives, and frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, are essential.
